2 Things for you before Christmas...

Hey There,

As the song lyrics say - this IS the most wonderful time
of the year.

It is almost magical! There's such a strong sense of family,
spirituality, and goodwill.

First, I have really enjoyed meeting and speaking with so
many of you. Thank you for all your support and forbeing
a part of this fantastic year.

The upcoming New Year is going to be even better. On a
personal note, I'm anxiously awaiting the birth of our 1st
grandchild in March.

The real estate investing market is heating up and I know
we will all see record profits. I'm looking forwardto hearing
about your good fortune.

Thursday night. The lines were jam packed and we've received
